Associates of Arts in Applied Sciences in the USA
Earning an Associate of Arts (AA) degree involves enrolling in a technical or community college for two years. Within these two years a student focuses on a certain field of study in order to earn the desired degree.
Applied sciences instruction may teach various scientific concepts through real-world examples, such as how physics is used in engineering. Coursework may involve biological sciences, primarily in medicine, and physical sciences, primarily in an industrial context.
