The interdisciplinary program is administered by the Department of Biomedical Engineering with collaboration from the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, the School of Engineering, the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy, and the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine.

Allen’s Agribusiness program prepares students for successful transfer to university agricultural programs by providing foundational knowledge and experience in agriculture and business.

This option provides career preparation in the skills needed to work in horticultural related service industries and wholesale and retail sales of horticultural products.

The Agri-Business A.A.S. program is designed to provide technical and business training for established local business enterprises and to increase their profitability and expand their customer base outside of the greater Jefferson-Lewis County areas with educated and well-trained staff.

This degree will offer the opportunity for you to transfer to a Bachelor’s degree program in Agriculture. Programs of this nature encompass a variety of global aspects from the basics of care for plants, animals and ecosystems to the socio-economic aspects of world hunger and relief.
