A Skills Competency Award (SCA) program in Motion Graphics and Broadcast Design is a specialized program that focuses on providing students with the skills and competencies needed to create visually appealing and engaging motion graphics for broadcast media. Designed to provide a focused skillset for those students interested in pursuing a career in Motion Graphics or Broadcast Design.

A fully renewed and updated Curriculum based on contemporary international practice and the requirements of the Journalist's profession. KES College proceeded with the complete restructuring and modernization of its previously registered and operating programme of Journalism with Public Relations, while retaining its initial framework and its time-tested data. Changes in the programme include full modernisation, extensive upgrading of infrastructure and equipment, in-depth training of teaching staff, and academic advisers for Journalism with Public Relations from foreign universities.

The degree is designed to give valuable knowledge and experience in the various fields of modern media, from radio and television broadcasting to journalism and advertising, offering students several real-life opportunities to hone their skills.

Students choosing the Broadcasting Option focus their studies on media production. Classes include audio, video, and television production, as well as web design. Broadcasting students are encouraged to enrol in the Radio Practicum class and pursue internships, as hands-on experience is highly valued in this aspect of the communications industry.

The Radio, Television and Broadcast News (RTBN) program is divided into three options: Radio, Television or Broadcast News. Students choose the option that best fits their individual skills and interests, in preparation for a challenging, creative and exciting career in the media.
