This course is aimed at all those interested at B1/B2 competence level who are preparing to become or already work as nursery school teachers. The course objective is the B2 level. The simulation of realistic workplace scenarios and the application of targeted communication scenarios of everyday professional life (e.g. parent-teacher interviews, exchange with colleagues) are used to quickly and professionally get familiar with the challenges of childcare as a profession.

This program offers a full semester (27 ECTS credits) taught in English.

If you already have significant teaching experience in a UK school and are looking to gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) without the need for further training, this Assessment Only (AO) route is ideal. The assessment period can range from 6-12 weeks depending on the individual.
