The Freie Universität Berlin International Summer and Winter University (FUBiS) is an intensive, academic program through which students can earn credits that may be counted towards their degrees at their home institutions. FUBiS sessions run for three to six weeks and take place both in summer and winter

The Postgraduate Diploma in Arts (PGDipArts) requires two semesters of full-time study. It entails a structured program of postgraduate coursework and, in some instances, a piece of supervised research that counts for one or two of the required papers. The normal admission requirement is a completed Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in the major of the proposed program.

Courses The German Courses are developed by the University Language Center together with other organizations of the academic community. They are designed so that the student achieves communicative autonomy in general and specific daily situations, as well as immersion in the new foreign culture. The current German Teaching Programs were approved by Resolution No. 6,808 / 08 by the Board of Directors of the Faculty of Agronomy of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). Type of Courses Regular Courses: 1 weekly class of 3 hours. Total duration: 4 months. Intensive Courses: 2 weekly classes of 3 hours. each. Total duration: 2 months. Higher Cycle Seminar: 1 weekly class of 3 hours. Total duration: 4 months.

German Foundation Program (GFP) at Avicenna is designed for those students who have completed their high school and plan to continue their studies at a university in Germany, Austria or Swiss where the language of instruction will be German. GFP focuses on the development of the German language skills of the students. All eligible students can apply for this course but prior knowledge of German is not a requirement.
