The Sustainable Value Chain course explores how businesses can create and deliver value to customers, society, and the environment through their operations and supply chains. The course covers:

The Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Food Systems course explores how to create and capture value in the food sector by applying entrepreneurial mindsets and skills. The course covers the concepts, methods, and tools for identifying, developing, and launching innovative food products, services, and business models that address the needs and challenges of consumers, producers, and society.
