Introduction
This certificate program is designed to provide Cosmetology students with the necessary knowledge and skills required by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulations for licensure. A minimum of 1500 contact hours and 40 semester hours of college credit are required to complete this program.
Upon successfully completing the Cosmetology program, students will be required to pass the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulations Cosmetology Examination for licensure.
