Learning by doing
the MOTOR of teaching at the IEB
The methodology IEB Learning by Doing stands out for the study of real cases of maximum actuality, as well as the realization of business simulations and their quantitative and qualitative evaluation, so that students face the same problems, dilemmas and situations that managers find in the real life.
Students must manage exactly the same situations that any company goes through: moments of uncertainty, negotiations, pressure, deadlines, unexpected events, etc. In this context, teachers will have previously facilitated a framework of technical knowledge on which students have to base themselves, putting what they have learned into practice to face these challenges.
Through this guided training, you learn in a practical, natural and intuitive way to make the best decisions.
