A rich heritage and bright future

The University has three campuses serving different schools of study, and each has a unique feel. The Park Campus, a former botanical garden, is home to the INTO Centre.

Park Campus

Located in the south of Cheltenham, Park Campus is an idyllic learning environment. The town centre and all its amenities are a 15-minute walk. Set in 24 acres of landscaped grounds, gardens and playing fields. But, there’s more than just a pretty view. Facilities on campus include a refectory, launderette, tennis courts, Students’ Union café bar, medical centre and learning resource centre.

Teaching facilities

You’ll attend lectures and seminars in fully equipped, modern classrooms. The University’s virtual learning environment (VLE) supports your studies by offering downloads of course content and lecture notes. You can use the VLE to take part in online discussions with your classmates and teachers. And, back in the real world, the friendly teachers are also available for extra support in person. You just need to ask.

Supporting you

Moving abroad. Studying in the UK. It sounds so exciting, but the reality can also be a bit scary too. That’s ok. You’re not the first to do this and INTO University of Gloucestershire is there for you. They have 10 years’ experience of helping students just like you and they are with you at every step.

They’ll make sure you’re fully prepared before you leave home. You’ll find them in their bright red t-shirts at the airport to pick you up. They’ll arrange a fun first week to help you make friends, get around campus and show you around the local town.

And they’re still there once you’re settled, helping with your course choice or supporting visa and immigration applications.

The language advisers can help if your English level is low when you first arrive. The support staff includes residential assistants within the student residences. You’ll even have an emergency telephone number for 24/7 access to our help. You’re really never far from a member of our friendly student support team.

Food

You can grab breakfast, lunch and dinner at the main campus refectory, and it's a great place to unwind between classes and meet other students. In addition, there's on-campus Starbucks coffee bar open every weekday, as well as a Students' Union bar.

As part of your orientation week, they’ll show you around the local town and all the best places to buy food for cooking at home.
